SPMP complies with the Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL) set by Omani regulations and international standards, such as ACGIH (American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists), and others. We continually develop our occupational health & safety systems and processes to safeguard our people, contractors and communities.
We work to continually protect the environment and neighboring communities by minimizing the potential effect of our activities.
Our sustainable approach is achieved through:
• Use of state of the art environmental technology to eliminate uncontrolled emissions, discharges and spills
• Conservation of resources and recycling 90% of the plant’s water requirement
• Compliance with relevant standards, environmental permitting and Omani legislative requirements
Our Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) identifies and assesses potential impact of operational waste taking account of the environmental baseline. The assessment is undertaken with due consideration of Oman’s ministerial decisions, environmental legislations & guidance, and international best practices.
Waste and other emissions are effectively controlled, measured and monitored by implementing waste management procedures as part of an overall Environmental Management System (EMS). Minimisation of waste, reuse and recycling takes precedence in our operations. SPMP adheres to all local laws for storage, handling, transport and disposal of waste at all times, and ensures that relevant permits are in place for all parties involved in the handling of waste.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
